Role and Organization ContextThe ICOE is a single organization that brings together Avanade’s existing COEs (Center of Excellence) to deliver excellence at scale to Avanade and clients. The three missions of the ICOE:The primary mission within the SME Tower is to create strong client and partner relationships by delivering subject matter expertise throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle. The key activities for the tower include:· A home for SMEs and Thought leaders – Avanade’s deep technical, experienced client-facing resources who can be at the “tip of the spear” with the latest Microsoft technologies, while also promoting best practices in any situation.· Driving advanced certification and technical eminence for SMEs, leveraging the breadth of experience in Accenture, Avanade, and Microsoft (and other technology partners) – becoming recognized as the place for specific technical resources across the organization.· Providing a clear technical career path for people to grow and dev...
