Responsibilities
- Category Strategy Management for selected category areas
- General Services Such as Library, security, Legal & Finance Services.
- Strategic Common category such as catering, logistic services, stationery and other supplies.
- Engage internal stakeholders to understand and refine requirements according to external supply market and across different schools.
- Manage relationship with suppliers according to suppliers' segregation, driving improvement actions and installing a cadence/dashboard/metrics to track suppliers' performance. Organise supplier business review.
- Document and ensure compliance to Policies/Procedures/Processes in close collaboration with Internal Audit and stakeholders.
- Lead change management and process improvement to reduce non-value-added activities by engaging stakeholders, challenging status quo and providing thought leadership.
