Job Role Summary:


The Manager, Programme and Community Partnership will lead the development, coordination, and implementation of meaningful programmes that enrich the lives of seniors and strengthen community engagement. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and volunteers to design initiatives that promote active ageing, social integration, and wellness for residents in our care.
