Job Responsibilities
- Providing the necessary services on behalf of clients and Coordination of construction of all elements which consists of Attraction, Dining restaurant, Retail shops and other ancillary services. Addition & Alteration to existing structure strengthening.
- Coordination with various trades ad Contractor, subcontractors as well as liaise with varies Consultant, Universal, show and ride vendor.
- To ensure the project is completed within the time frame, budget and quality control. Budget/ cost management. Weekly progress reporting to the client.
- Preparation of detailed construction schedule based on the master plan prepared by the master planner.
- To provide guidance to Contractor for the construction of civil, structural, Architecture, and Theme Facade works in accordance with Project specification and drawings.
