Job Responsibilities
Providing the necessary services on behalf of clients and Coordination of construction of all elements which consists of Attraction, Dining restaurant, Retail shops and other ancillary services. Addition & Alteration to existing structure strengthening. Coordination with various trades ad Contractor, subcontractors as well as liaise with varies Consultant, Universal, show and ride vendor. To ensure the project is completed within the time frame, budget and quality control. Budget/ cost management. Weekly progress reporting to the client. Preparation of detailed construction schedule based on the master plan prepared by the master planner. To provide guidance to Contractor for the construction of civil, structural, Architecture, and Theme Facade works in accordance with Project specification and drawings.
