Overview
The Project Manager will lead and coordinate end-to-end projects (for example: new production line installations, coating system rollouts, facility upgrades or customer-specific solutions) within the Middle East region. They will ensure timely delivery, cost control, safety requirements, quality assurance, stakeholder alignment and alignment with Beckers global standards and sustainability objectives.
- Safety compliance – Ensure that all facilities within the site comply with safety regulations set forth by relevant governing bodies and other local regulatory agencies.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and timeline in collaboration with stakeholders (internal: operations, R&D, supply chain, regional business unit; external: contractors, vendors, clients and consultants).
