Job Summary: This is a project management role which will be responsible to oversee and manage the end-to-end project development cycle for all CDL's projects.
Responsibilities: Oversee, coordinate, monitor and manage Consultants and Builders in the planning, designing, documentation, construction and implementation of CDL's real estate development project. Responsible for end to end project management including technical assessment, budget and control, evaluation of tenders. Put together design briefs for projects, including Architectural Design, Façade Design, Landscape Design, Interior Design, Lighting Design, Sustainability design etc. Conduct RFPs to engage consultants for the project. Work with consultants to develop, modify and review design concept, drawings, specifications, and construction documents according to in-house standards and technical requirements Manage the consultants in the production of Tender drawings and drafting of specifications and facilitate in the proj...
