Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To Lead and manage all QA/QC functions across civil building projects to ensure compliance with ASTM, ACI, and PEC standards, while enhancing quality systems, optimizing costs, and improving construction methodologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, train, and supervise the QA/QC team at site.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific QA/QC plans and method statements.
- Oversee batching plant operations, concrete mix designs, and quality testing procedures.
- Evaluate construction methodologies and introduce cost optimization measures without compromising quality.
- Ensure all materials, workmanship, and testing meet project specifications and international standards.
- Approve material sources and maintain a verified list of reliable suppliers and testing labs across Pakistan.
