Hiring QAQC Manager.
Client Company Introduction: Hiring for a leading manufacturing firm of a variety of plastic bags with over 30 years of excellence in packaging industry.
Role Description: Control end-to-end quality across blown film extrusion, gravure & flexo printing, solvent-based & solventless lamination, slitting, and bag making, ensuring customer compliance, food safety (where applicable), and continuous reduction in waste, rejections, and complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QMS (ISO 9001, ISO/FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP as applicable).
- Lead internal, customer, and certification audits.
- Define IQC standards for resins, masterbatches, inks, solvents, adhesives, films, foils, and accessories.
- Approve suppliers and investigate raw-material-related defects.
