Summary of Role:
To manage the daily operations of the Mortgage Quality Assurance program for the Credit Union and Subsidiaries, ensuring that there is sufficient oversight and controls to mitigate regulatory and compliance risk.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate the Mortgage Qualify Assurance daily workflow ensuring that all responsibilities are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
+ Develop and implement procedures for Audit/Quality Assurance processes, which encompass mortgage origination, pre and post close reviews and mortgage servicing, that satisfy the requirements of established guidelines.
