- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

- 5-10 people
Credentials
- International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000, 9001 quality management certified
- Safe quality foods (SQF) Certificate
- Hazard Analysis and Criticial Control Points (HACCP) Certification
- Knowledge of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency
