Manager - R & D (Product & Category)

We’re looking for a Manager R & D (Product & Category ) from the home interiors industry who is ready to step into a bigger arena.

If you’ve spent 6–7+ years designing , managing a team of 4–5 people, shipping projects, handling vendors, and solving real-world site challenges — this could be your next evolution.

This role is about end-to-end ownership , not just design delivery.

What This Role Will Own :

• Lead the R&D function for our product/category portfolio
• Own OKRs for innovation, range development, and quality improvements
• Translate market insight into buildable, scalable product concepts
• Drive end-to-end project execution — from concept to roll out
• Manage and mentor a team of designers
• Collaborate closely with sourcing, category, sales & leadership
