RN Behavioral Health Manager – SSM Health DePaul Hospital (St. Louis, MO)

SSM Health DePaul Hospital is seeking a passionate RN Behavioral Health Manager to lead two adult inpatient units (20‑bed and 22‑bed).

This role supports a patient‑centered, recovery‑focused approach while engaging and empowering teams across Behavioral Health.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, Days
  • Every third weekend on‑call, supporting all five Behavioral Health units with event‑related leadership needs

    • Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Behavioral Health experience
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
