**POSITION OVERVIEW:**
The Manager, Commercial Retail Development – MAC & Bobbi Brown supports the development and evolution of global retail business models across both brands. This role focuses on advancing commercial retail formats, distribution modeling, global assortment optimization by channel and format, and omni-channel integration to ensure cohesive and future-ready retail ecosystems across DTC/Wholesale distribution.
In partnership with the Director, Commercial Operations & Global Retail Execution and the Executive Director, Global Retail, this role contributes to building scalable commercial retail frameworks that align with productivity standards, profitability targets, and brand execution.
This role also serves as a project management lead for global retail project proposals, ensuring structured intake, communication, documentation, modeling and cross-functional alignment as retail initiatives move from concept through evaluation and implementati...
