Job Description

Retail Operations

  • Lead retail operational management across O&O channels and provide operational support for Partner Retail channels
  • Ensure consistent execution of operational standards, policies, and processes
  • Drive operational excellence across stores through disciplined execution and follow-up
  • Monitor operational compliance including inventory, staffing, store standards, and process execution
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvement actions
  • Support operational readiness for promotions, launches, seasonal transitions, and new initiatives

    • Retail Analytics & Business Performance

  • Own weekly and monthly retail performance reporting and analysis
  • Monitor key KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, AUR, labor productivity, and store productivity
