Overview
The Manager, Retention & Churn Strategy Disney+ is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving subscriber retention and minimizing churn for Disney+ across Latin America. This role owns the regional retention agenda end‑to‑end, orchestrating cross‑functional efforts to protect and grow subscriber lifetime value. Operating at the intersection of Product, Payments, Marketing, Content Operations & Strategy, Analytics, Finance, and Partnerships, this role serves as the central integrator and decision driver for all initiatives impacting churn.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the regional retention strategy, including medium‑term roadmap definition and prioritization of high‑impact initiatives.
