Job Description
About the Role:
This role owns BD Enablement (Global) and Sales Onboarding & Everboarding for US-based Sales teams, ensuring teams across regions ramp quickly, execute consistently, and continuously improve through clear messaging, practical tools, and structured learning.
You'll partner closely with global Sales Leadership, BD, Marketing, Product, and Rev Ops to translate GTM strategy into enablement that drives measurable performance.

BD Enablement
Build and execute the BD enablement strategy aligned to growth and pipeline goals Create and maintain BD playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling, and prospecting frameworks Operationalize ICPs, personas, and value messaging in partnership with Marketing and Product Enable BD teams on new products, verticals, and GTM motions Identify skill gaps using performance data and field input, and address them through targeted enablementSales Onboarding & Everboarding (US Sales Te...
