Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Take ownership of Region Sales team target & Individual Booking Target.
  • Drive Strategic Growth Programs/New Products Sales in region for incremental growth.
  • Drive Business Development, market engagement and build Funnel around uncovered markets and geographies.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction & retention. 
  • Develop new Channels/Distributers, ESPs, OEMs for incremental growth.
  • Undertake Planned Customer Connect Activities regularly with efficient CRM initiatives.
  • Ensure and Maintain Good interpersonal relationship within the BU and with other BU stakeholders to ensure an amicable and cohesive sales growth environment.
