**O** **bjectives of the Position**

+ Support Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) in executing commercial activities to achieve company targets for assigned Japanese OEM accounts, with approximately 60% of focus and resource allocation dedicated to two-wheeler business (Suzuki, Yamaha, and Honda) and 40% to four-wheeler business.
+ Act as the primary interface with OEM headquarters in Japan, while proactively collaborating with Regional Account Managers (RAMs), with a specific focus on developing regions such as ASEAN, India, and global production sites to address business requirements from overseas subsidiaries and joint ventures, based on the business needs.
+ Give a strong focus on new business development while ensuring overall account profitability through VA/VE initiatives and kaizen activities, delivering value to customers and generating internal cost saving after SOP.
