Every bowl is assembled using integrated digital scales at each kitchen station — every ingredient weighed to the gram, every time, against a certified nutritional target. Customers build their order through a native app that shows real-time macro information — protein, calories, carbohydrates, fat — updating as they make each choice. What they see in the app is what comes out of the kitchen. That closed loop is the entire product promise.
Customers who track their nutrition can connect their MyFitnessPal account and have every Gram order logged automatically with verified macro data — no manual entry, no estimated database values. A rewards program tracks repeat purchases from day one.
