Position Summary
The SAP Business Solutions Manager – Latin America (LATAM) is responsible for ensuring SAP product compliance with complex tax and regulatory requirements across the LATAM region, with a primary focus on Brazil. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and delivery teams, managing product backlogs, priorities, and delivery timelines to ensure legislative compliance and maximum client value. The role provides deep SAP product and functional expertise, translating evolving tax and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories, designs, and test strategies within an Agile (Scrum) environment. It oversees SAP LATAM Business/Functional Analysts and partners closely with Development, QA, Support/AMS, Professional Services, Sales, and global leadership teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and timely product updates.
