Position Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors / SAP HCM Functional & Technical Analyst to provide hands-on development, support and process-improvement expertise for our HR systems. You will work closely with corporate end users, internal stakeholders and external vendors to design, test, deploy and maintain HR solutions that are stable, secure and aligned with industry best practices. The role combines functional requirements analysis, technical configuration/custom development, testing and vendor governance, with a focus on streamlining workflows and fostering a culture of process excellence. Role & Responsibilities Provide functional and technical development support for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM systems.
