Job Description
- Lead the planning, development, and optimization of public bus scheduling systems and transportation information frameworks to ensure efficient service delivery, integration across modes, and alignment with customer demand. Oversee the maintenance of operational databases, GIS data, and advanced scheduling technologies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement in public transport operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for end-to-end planning, governance, execution of bus service updates to ensure all changes to schedules, frequencies, routes, and level of service are data driven matching operation resource availability, proactively communicated and aligned with RTA strategic goals.
