Overview
LIMD is part of SSG’s Incentives Management and Enforcement Group. It contributes to a responsive and inclusive CET ecosystem through grant management, SDL collection, and enforcement against fraud. The division drives efficient SDL collection and grant management, channeling payments into the Skills Development Fund to support training programmes.
Responsibilities- Develop and improve policies, processes, and systems to achieve efficient levy collection and effective enforcement of the SDL Act.
- Leverage data and analytics to monitor, review, and fine‑tune enforcement strategies and drive process improvement.
- Analyze and reconcile data to identify high‑risk employers and ensure timely and accurate collection of SDL payments.
