- To plan and check combined services drawings, identify variation works and submit detailed cost implication to QS Manager.
- Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance withthe contract drawings and specications.
- Prepare and conduct M&E meeting
- Identify drawing discrepancies andconstantly track construction progress & schedule
- Onsite supervision & coordination with sub-contractors, main contractor and consultants.
- Manpower, equipment and resource allocations
- Prepare method statement, site inspection and quality checks
