As part of the Org Excellence function, you will work on a broad range of strategy and delivery operations projects, driving process innovation and productivity across the company.More specifically, you will:
  • Work with Executive leadership to evaluate problems and conceptualize projects/initiatives. The problems will typically be in the area of the delivery process and quality improvement, BU maturity, operational streamlining, capability development, and other cross-functional initiatives
  • Conduct pilots/experiments and drive adoption of successful ones across the company
  • Apply Design Thinking principles to process design
  • Define relevant processes, optimize, execute, automate, and maintain them
  • Perform regular analysis and generate insights for senior stakeholders
