Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Define and implement the quality vision, strategy, and objectives aligned with business goalsLead cross-functional quality initiatives across production, engineering, and supply chainOversee and improve QMS and ensure compliant with relevant certifications and auditsEnsure compliance with industry standards (., RoHS, REACH, CE, UL), customer-specific requirements and ensure customer feedback handlingMaintain and improve QMS documentation, procedures, and controlsMonitor and improve product quality metrics (., FPY, PPM, COPQ)Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external issuesDrive supplier quality development and incoming inspection protocolsManage and mentor the quality assurance and quality control teamsBuild a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and continuous improvement with the team
