What the role is
Oversee the development, implementation and growth of effective social services, data systems and initiatives that meet service users' needs efficiently across subsector(s).

Key responsibilities- Oversee Service Strategy Implementation: Analyse landscape and engage stakeholders to understand national strategies and identify critical and emerging needs and gaps.
- Partner with social service agencies (SSAs), government agencies and stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to meet such needs and gaps.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives.
