Manager/ Senior Manager (Workplace Development & Sustainability)

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) is looking for an experienced and proactive team member to join Corporate Development (CD) Division. As part of the CD team, you will be a key member of the Workplace Excellence Section of the CD Division. You will be in charge of CAAS sustainability reporting, the Corporate Social Responsibility framework, and reviewing of the CAAS Resource Management Plan, while playing an active role in creating a safe, conducive and sustainable workplace. You will also be involved in corporate development work, including enhancing the employee experience by leveraging technology and administrative best practices.
