As a Salesforce consulting generalist, you will provide consulting services, analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and deliver training and support for effective utilisation of Salesforce applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis and solution design activities for Salesforce implementations in Financial Services (e.g., retail and commercial banking, wealth management, insurance).
- Translate client business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, process models, and solution designs aligned to Salesforce best practices.
