Security Operations & Team Leadership:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the shared security services team across enterprise, cloud, identity, and endpoint environments, including monitoring, triage, investigation, escalation, containment, and recovery.
- Directly manage and develop team members (analysts and operators), including goal setting, feedback, coaching, and personal development plans.
- Build a team culture of operational discipline, continuous improvement, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Maintain and evolve working instructions, SOPs, incident handling standards, runbooks, playbooks, and service documentation used by the team.
- Liaise with Service Managers and Service Owners to align expectations, clarify interfaces, and ensure the team’s responsibilities are clearly defined and understood.
