- Manage tenant operations and ensure compliance with standards
- Monitor performance, analyze revenue trends, and support growth initiatives
- Assist in budget planning, tracking, and financial analysis
- Handle tenant concerns and coordinate solutions across departments
- Oversee store openings, fit-outs, renovations, and closures
- Improve processes to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare reports and provide insights to support key decisions
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and support tenants throughout their lifecycle
- Ensure the proper execution of various ad hoc duties related to The Shoppes at Solaire and Tenants
Qualifications:
- Must have relevant work experience in Retail - Luxury brands
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
