Job Description
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, meet all safety standards and completed products meet quality standard.
- Report to Project Teams in all aspect of project on site management – project progress, monitoring, site supervision, checking of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate and oversees all works on the site.
- Over all management of labor, plant and materials.
- Control and coordination of subcontractors.
- Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Responsible for periodic progress reports.
- Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response.
- Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities.
- Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project supervision or management.
