[What the role is]
You will be part of the Project Controls & Green Leasing Department that handles contract management administration for reclamation, building and infrastructure projects undertaken by MPA's Port Development, Engineering and Energy (PDE) Division.[What you will be working on]
Your key responsibilities include:
- Oversee development of project and contract management system from inception through to completion, integrating processes across procurement, finance, project management
- Formulation of procurement/contracting strategy, preparation of tender documentations, administration of tender process, evaluation of tenders and submission of tender recommendation reports.
- Administer contractual disputes
- Review variation orders, extension of time and loss and expense requests and assess the associated costs, and processing of final accounts
