Reporting to the Vice President, Information Technology, this role combines strategic leadership, technical depth, and people management. You will be responsible for shaping the software and data engineering strategy, ensuring scalable and secure solutions, and developing a high‑performing engineering team aligned with business objectives.
What You Will Do
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the software and data engineering strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Develop quarterly and annual technology roadmaps, business cases, and executive updates
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation where it adds value
- Establish best practices for software development, data architecture, and system integration
