In this role, you will lead a high‑performing engineering team responsible for Moneris’ Gift and Loyalty platform — a visible, merchant‑facing solution undergoing significant transformation. You will drive architecture decisions, provide hands‑on technical coaching, and deliver committed roadmap initiatives, all while managing a distributed team of six direct reports (primarily based in Burnaby, BC).
