Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- 12-15 years of hands on experience in retail management, with at least 5+ years in a similar role.
- Proven experience of managing large-format retail stores independently.

- Drive overall store performance by achieving sales, profitability, and operational KPIs in line with organizational goals.
- Manage store P&L by controlling operational costs, optimizing labor utilization, and ensuring budget adherence without compromising service quality.
- Lead, train, and develop store teams to build a high-performance culture, focused on accountability, customer service, and results delivery.
