Responsibilities
- Design and drive the long-term strategic planning process for the Porsche Asia Pacific (PAP) region
- Lead holistic sales analysis by evaluating market trends and performance to ensure robust, data-driven planning based on defined assumptions
- Develop and enhance analytical tools and methodologies to forecast market development and identify future sales potential
- Ensure effective demand and supply planning by aligning sales forecasts with operational and production requirements
- Manage the tactical incentive budget process in accordance with timelines and governance requirements while ensuring optimal allocation and utilisation of funds
- Support the design and implementation of programmes to drive growth and operational efficiency
