We are supporting a leading financial institute in Dubai with the appointment of a Manager – Conduct Supervision (UAEN). This is a key regulatory‑facing role offering exposure to a broad range of supervised entities and the opportunity to contribute to high‑impact oversight and market‑wide initiatives.
Scope of the role- Risk‑based supervision of regulated firms across multiple sectors
- Conducting desk‑based reviews, onsite assessments, and thematic reviews
- Analysing financial and non‑financial data to identify emerging risks and recommend supervisory actions
- Engaging with senior stakeholders to communicate expectations and challenge outcomes
- Supporting regulatory projects, supervisory frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives
