- Develop innovative packaging solutions based on customer requirements, cost, product safety, and branding.
- Create prototypes, conduct drop tests, and perform product packing evaluations for customer and management review.
- Provide technical and managerial packaging guidance, recommending suitable artwork, materials, and dimensions.
- Establish packaging quality standards and oversee all packaging development, including design specifications and board materials.
