Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, the Manager, Supply Planning is responsible for leading the supply planning function to ensure optimal product availability, inventory management, production alignment, and customer service performance across the business. This role partners closely with Demand Planning, Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to balance service, cost, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Key Accountabilities:
- Oversee the development of Master Production Schedules (MPS), ensuring all relevant constraints are considered, including line capacity, labour availability, batch sizes, run rates, bottlenecks, and planned downtime;
