Job Description
The Talent Development Training Manager – Health, Safety & Facility Services will be responsible for leading training strategy, prioritization, and program oversight for EllisDon’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Facility Services groups. This role ensures training initiatives are aligned to operational and regulatory needs while remaining consistent with the organisation’s broader Talent Development standards. Health and safety experience is valued but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Talent Development point of contact for HSE and Facility Services leaders.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand operational, regulatory, and workforce priorities.
- Support and develop Talent Development Program managers to translate business needs into clear training priorities and program plans.
