What the role is:
You play a pivotal role in executing the full spectrum of talent management functions for an assigned Service Group or Directorate. You are responsible for the complete talent lifecycle and strengthening the leadership pipeline by identifying and developing talents through structured programmes and strategic initiatives.
What you will be working on:- Identify and assess talents within the assigned Service Group or Directorate
- Support succession planning discussions and the development of the leadership pipeline
- Coordinate and execute structured talent development programmes and strategic initiatives to attract, develop and retain talents
