Job description: The Manager, Technical Delivery will manage, coach and develop A360 offshore technical resources.


You will partner with Delivery Leadership and Technical Leads to ensure the technology teams are supported, optimized, and growing, while ensuring our project delivery engine runs like a well-oiled machine.


In this role, you will own the performance, career growth, continuous feedback and engagement and capability development of resources, ensuring the right skills and capacity are aligned with business and project demands.
