• The primary responsibility of this role is to drive and deliver key business strategies and planning activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive in collaborating and identifying areas for improvement, sharing insights and knowledge across operational teams to enable best practices. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for conducting post-implementation reviews to ensure changes are effectively delivering GSRs business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Drive and develop a business improvement culture, mindset and passion across the mine site
• Ensure risks and issues are mitigated through effective relationships with stakeholders and provide support governance and distribution of insights to identify pain points and improvement opportunities with our client and subcontractors
