Job Description
Project Manager in Tender Management act as the focal person who transforms complex client requirements into compelling, compliant, and competitive proposals. This role is not just about managing paperwork; it’s about organizing a high‑stakes process that secures multi‑million‑dollar opportunities and drives organizational growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop tender strategy, assess and identify suitable assets to be proposed.
- Drive tender preparation from receipt of ITB to submission & post‑submission phase, as per management direction.
- Identify & manage diverse teams assigned for tender execution including Proposal Coordinators, Engineers, Estimators and PIC across departments (PMT, Operations, Assets, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Logistics, Marine, QHSE, etc.) throughout the tender process to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
