Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Test Engineering team in carrying out all testing activities for Server and Rack products.
- Proven track record in identifying, tracking, and analyzing online/offline issues to improve testing strategies and enhance product quality.
- Conduct training sessions to strengthen the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, to develop, implement, and sustain test programs.
- Provide technical direction on process enhancements and support the introduction of new projects.
- Support operations in resolving and improving technical or process-related production issues.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
- Actively contribute to Kaizen initiatives.
- Participate in ISO and RBA compliance activities.
