**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our Manager, Therapy Services, you will be responsible for planning, managing, promoting, and evaluating the overall clinical and administrative operations for the Rehabilitation Therapy Services (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech/Language Therapy) function at our facility.
Every day you will ensure that overall regional goals relating to patient care, productivity, customer satisfaction, service growth, and regulatory compliance are achieved. You will develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance and streamline current procedures, facilitate quality service delivery, and ensure a safe environment of care. You will spearhead efforts to increase market share for the region, ensure that goals relating to reimbursement are achieved, and supervise subordinate staff providing physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy services, including a regional Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) tea...
