Job Description
What the role is:
We will design, develop, and maintain the organisational excellence framework deployed across the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), working closely with SAF Training Institutes to monitor performance, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement through technology and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).
What you will be working on:- Collaborate with personnel of all ranks across SAF Training Institutes to support data collection, data analysis, and the preparation of assessment and recommendation reports
- Monitor the progress of Training Institutes in implementing the organisational excellence framework and provide guidance and assistance where needed
- Continuously research, review, and update the organisational excellence framework to ensure its ongoing relevance and effectiveness
