What You’ll Do
Manage and undertake the translation of a wide range of materials, including client communications, marketing content, internal communications, thought leadership, and firm policies.Serve as the central point of contact for all translation requests across the firm, working closely with business professionals and lawyers to clarify scope, context, priorities, and deadlines.Coordinate legal translation projects with external vendors, ensuring efficient workflows, quality control, confidentiality, and balanced allocation of work.Execute, edit, and quality-check translated materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, tone, and cultural and legal appropriateness.Develop, implement, and continuously refine internal processes for requesting, tracking, prioritizing, and delivering translation work.Maintain and evolve translation memory tools, glossaries, style guides, and reference materia...
